Gratitude in Words: Finding Joy in Facebook Recommendations
I felt incredibly grateful and deeply moved as I read through all these Facebook recommendations at once. It reminded me of my gratitude journal, one of my favorite habits, where I write down things that make me feel grateful every day. Whenever I feel a bit useless, I open my journal and find comfort and joy in revisiting all the moments and things that bring gratitude into my life.
It also brought to mind a challenge from Jay Shetty: take an empty jar and, every week, write down something amazing or impactful on a post-it note. At the end of the year, or on a rainy day, you can pull out the notes and relive all the incredible moments you might otherwise forget.
Now, I’ve added all the Facebook recommendations here on my blog, so I’ll always know where to find them the next time I feel a little useless.

Du kan både slow juice ingefær, citron og gurkemeje eller blende det hele med vand. Mærk energien suse i kroppen med et lækkert antiinflammatorisk energi tilskud.
Start dagen grønt
Selleri, agurk, broccoli, banan, pære, mandler (1 håndfuld), citron, gurkemeje, ingefær, æble (for sødme) og vand.
Juice selleri, agurk, pære, citron, gurkemeje, ingefær og æble. Blend med broccoli, banan, mandler og vand.
Kick start din dag
Filtreret og kogt vand, citron, gurkemeje, ingefær og chili. 1 knps. salt og 1 spsk. kokosolie (eller olivenolie)
Jeg koger vand og hælder en halv kop vand op hvor min kokosolie kan smelte, mens jeg putter alle ingredienser i min slowjuicer. Koldt filtreret vand når olien er smeltet, saft i vandet og 1 knps. salt (maldon eller himalaya).
Hvorfor olie i din morgendrink? Fedt er et nødvendigt næringsstof for kroppen, både som energikilde og som depot for opbevaring af energi. Fedt indgår bl.a. i opbygningen af kroppens celler og fedtstofferne i kosten tilfører og hjælper på optagelsen af vitaminer og er en vigtig del af hjertesund kost.
Hvorfor salt i vandet? Salt har blandt andet betydning for væskebalancen, og for at vores celler kan transportere næringsstoffer og ilt rundt i kroppen.
